American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) because we believe in the principles of ASTA's code of ethics and guidelines. We
insist on competence, fair dealing and high integrity.

best interests at heart and that we will strive to provide the best and most memorable tour, cruise and vacation experience
possible.
As the industry grows more competitive, travel agencies increase the quality and type of services
they offer. Suburban Worldwide Travel (SWT) can arrange all types of domestic and international travel, from hotel and resort
accommodations to air and ground transportation, including car rental needs and tour packages.
We provide assistance with insurance protection, passport and visa applications, inoculation procedures
and other foreign travel requirements. We have a toll-free phone number and offer meeting planning and incentive travel services.
SWT maintains individual profiles that include the client's frequent flier number, airline seating
preference, smoking or non-smoking designation, and other specifications for a custom designed trip.
Arrangements can also be tailored to suit business and vacation objectives, personal interests
and budget concerns.

Mary Jo Cohen, a native
of Louisville,
Kentucky, embarked upon her career in travel by working for Eastern Airlines after attending
the University of Louisville.
She had the opportunity
to work for Eastern for more than 7 years in various capacities in reservations and ticketing. This gives her the unique ability
to understand how the airline's systems can be used to our client's advantage.
After taking a few years
off to start a family, she returned to the travel industry as a Travel Agent in Westchester
County, New York. Mary Jo became the sole owner of Suburban Worldwide
Travel Agency in 1994 after managing the company for 10 years.
In her 35+ years in the
travel industry, Mary Jo has traveled extensively; visiting 17 countries, 7 Caribbean islands,
and 40 states. She is a member of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) and is Vice-President of the Connecticut ASTA
chapter.

Robert (Bob) P. Graham
brings to Suburban a wealth of management expertise; the combination of a long-term IBM career in sales, engineering, and
operations management plus many years of executvie management in sales and marketing with the largest provately-held travel
industry company in the northeast.
Locally, Bob is very much
involved in the CT community as an active member of the Madison Exchange Club, a former COO of the CT Disadvantaged Youth
Foundation, a consultant with the Guilford-based "Roses for Autism" Foundation, and a member of the Madison Country Club.
A graduate of Boston College, Bob is Suburban Worldwide Travel's "go
to guy" for complete corporate management services, meetings, incentive programs, and sports related travel.
